How Should SoME® Skincare Serums Be Properly Stored?

Posted in SoME™ Skincare

2 Minute Read:

SoME® Skincare offers a series of products that utilize Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) to treat skin more effectively than other cosmetic products. One complication for SoME® Skincare products is proper storage once the PRP has been infused.

SoME Skincare products shown with the mini refrigerator needed to store them.

These products are made from a mix of SoME® Skincare ingredients and a platelet-based serum extracted from the patient. The SoME® Skincare provided ingredients are shelf-stable and may be stored regularly on shelves at room temperature. However, unlike most cosmetic procedures, SoME® Skincare products must be refrigerated after being mixed to preserve effectiveness.

What Ingredients Are in SoME® Skincare Products?

SoME® Skincare products have a series of shelf-stable ingredients, including:

  • Essential nutrients to maintain and increase overall skin health
  • Natural plant extracts as preservatives
  • Antioxidant and bacteria-killing natural moisturizers
  • Hyaluronic acid that acts as another layer of moisturizer

SoMe™ autologous skincareAll of the above ingredients are shipped directly to a doctor’s office when they become a SoME® Skincare provider. SoME® Skincare serum may be stored in any configuration at room temperature. However, SoME® Skincare products are not complete until the patient’s PRP is mixed into the serum to create a personalized and unique skincare product.

Once the PRP is extracted from the patient and added to the SoME® Skincare serum, the complete product must be stored in a mini beauty refrigerator, which is provided by your doctor.
